The Story Behind SoulSeeds
SoulSeeds began six years ago as a response to how food had drifted away from everyday care and intention. In a world of speed, refinement, and scale, we chose a quieter path; returning to small, honest systems where health is treated as a rhythm, not a product.
That choice led us to work from our farm on the outskirts of Hyderabad, away from industrial environments and everyday pollution. It’s a shared space, shaped by family and friends, where being close to the land helps us stay intentional, grounded, and true to how our oils are made.
How We Make Our Oils
We follow a slow, traditional process that keeps the oil as close to its natural state as possible - without shortcuts, heat, or chemicals.
We begin with carefully sourced natural seeds, cleaned and dried before pressing.
The oil is extracted slowly in a low-RPM wooden mill, at room temperature.
It is then left to settle and filtered naturally, without industrial processing.
Finally, the oil is stored thoughtfully and packed with care before reaching you.

Community First
Before food became industrial, it was local. Oils were made within neighbourhoods, for the people who lived there; not to compete, scale, or dominate markets. This work was done as responsibility, not strategy.
SoulSeeds carries forward that idea: food made with care, for a community, without the pressure to be bigger than it needs to be.

SoulSeeds is not a loud protest against modern food systems. It is a quiet refusal to accept them as the only way. Choosing slowness, intention, and people over speed and profit is our form of rebellion; one rooted in awareness, not anger, and expressed through everyday choices rather than slogans.

Health was never meant to be complicated or exclusive. It was shaped by everyday food, made with care and consumed with trust. As refined oils became widespread, that balance was disrupted, contributing quietly to modern health issues.
SoulSeeds exists to restore that balance; bringing back a way of eating that supports the body naturally, the way it always did.
