Order Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your order after making the payment, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

Returns After Delivery
If you choose to return a product after delivery, you may do so provided the product is returned in its original packing condition. In such cases, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
Returns After Opening or Use
If you have opened or partially used the product and decide to return it, you are eligible for a 100% refund, provided at least 90% of the product remains unused.
